Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States.

Please allow approximately 7–12 business days from the date your order is placed for processing and delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout when it becomes available. Please allow several days for tracking updates to appear after your package has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. Contact us as soon as possible at draftstracy@gmail.com if you notice an error.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change or correct the delivery address.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Please contact us at draftstracy@gmail.com if your package is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or has missing items.

Please include your order number and clear photographs or video when applicable so we can investigate the issue
